Refund and Exchange Policy


At Infinite Wild, we are committed to providing high-quality outdoor gear that lasts. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

 

Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Condition: Products must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags attached.

  • Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at infinitewild@gmail.com to initiate your return or exchange. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. For exchanges, the return shipping is at your expense, but we will cover the shipping for the replacement item.

  3. Packaging: Please pack your return securely, ensuring all items are in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

 

Refund Process:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we will process your exchange once the returned item has been received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
